David specializes in the dispositions and acquisitions of net-leased retail properties across the US. David represents both private and institutional investors with a focus on the QSR, Casual Dining, Pharmacy, and Convenience verticals. David started his career as an Investment Advisor with NAI Global, where he quickly grew to become a top producer of single tenant net-leased properties. Prior to joining Essential CRE, David held upper-level positions at The Kase Group and CP Partners, honing his expertise in this sphere.

Nick Cole specializes in the dispositions and acquisitions of net-lease investment properties with a focus on single tenant retail. Dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs, Nick takes a proactive, passionate, and committed approach to each transaction. Prior to joining Essential CRE, Nick was investment associate at NAI Nor Cal for over three years.
