David represents both private and institutional investors with a focus on the QSR, Casual Dining, Pharmacy, and Convenience verticals. David started his career as an Investment Advisor with NAI Global, where he quickly grew to become a top producer of single tenant net-leased properties. Prior to joining Essential CRE, David held upper-level positions at The Kase Group and CP Partners, honing his expertise in this sphere.
