Remmington Penn is an Associate Director at Essential CRE and a key member of the firm’s Education Properties Group. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of nationally leased single and multi-tenant investment assets, with a core focus on early education properties. Remmington works closely with institutional investors, operators, developers, and high-net-worth clients to execute tailored investment strategies and deliver long-term value.

Remmington began his commercial real estate career at Northmarq, where he gained foundational experience in investment sales and market strategy across the country. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Remmington built and operated a successful residential investment sourcing business, connecting high-net-worth and institutional buyers with motivated homeowners. He oversaw daily valuations, acquisitions, and dispositions, gaining deep transactional experience and sharpening his market analysis capabilities. He also served as Operations Manager at Real Property Health, where he collaborated with executive leadership on strategic budgeting, operational streamlining, and cross-functional cost efficiencies. In that role, he supported corporate growth initiatives by underwriting potential M&A opportunities and identifying revenue-driving synergies—further, expanding his understanding of diverse real estate markets and operational frameworks.
