Michael Cisternino

Michael has been active in commercial real estate for 19 years and has completed over $650 million in investment sales. Throughout his career, Michael has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to skillfully transact leased investments across a wide-spectrum of asset types which include single tenant and multi-tenant retail, medical-office and industrial properties throughout the US.

Milo Spector

Managing Partner | Founder, Education Properties Group

Milo Spector is a Managing Partner at Essential CRE, as well as the founder of the Education Properties Group. Spector has been involved in $700 million in sales volume nationally, $470 million of which has been in education and childcare properties. Prior to joining Essential CRE, Spector was with Northmarq (previously Stan Johnson Company) and received multiple awards and recognitions, as well as co-founding the company’s Walnut Creek office in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been involved in the industry since 2013 and has been 100% focused on net leased assets throughout his career.

David Olsen

Vice President of Investments

David specializes in the dispositions and acquisitions of net-leased retail properties across the US. David represents both private and institutional investors with a focus on the QSR, Casual Dining, Pharmacy, and Convenience verticals. David started his career as an Investment Advisor with NAI Global, where he quickly grew to become a top producer of single tenant net-leased properties. Prior to joining Essential CRE, David held upper-level positions at The Kase Group and CP Partners, honing his expertise in this sphere.

Nick Cole

Vice President of Investments

Nick Cole specializes in the dispositions and acquisitions of net-lease investment properties with a focus on single tenant retail. Dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs, Nick takes a proactive, passionate, and committed approach to each transaction. Prior to joining Essential CRE, Nick was an investment associate at NAI Nor Cal for over three years.

Remmington Penn

Associate Director

Remmington Penn is an Associate Director at Essential CRE and a key member of the firm’s Education Properties Group. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of nationally leased single and multi-tenant investment assets, with a core focus on early education properties. Remmington works closely with institutional investors, operators, developers, and high-net-worth clients to execute tailored investment strategies and deliver long-term value.
